Purpose of the role
The Audiology Manager (RICs) is the application specialist for the adult RIC solution portfolio. The MA knows how the products are used, fitted and what benefits can be expected for this consumer segment.
The MA is the audiological partner for the Business Units and product development teams in defining new products, triggering audiological benchmark tests and has a strong interface to the clinical teams in order to define the validation studies and claim substantiation.
You’ll design and deliver impactful training—both face-to-face and virtual. From crafting compelling audiological content (seminar packs, insights, podcasts, white papers) to supporting global campaigns, you’ll ensure that our teams and partners are fully equipped to deliver world-class hearing care solutions.
Your mission is to translate complex audiological concepts into clear, engaging, and value-driven messages—supporting launches, and year round campaigns, with the goal to empower customers and transform lives of children living with hearing loss.
