This Senior HR Business Partner role is responsible for leading the HR Business Partner function across Romandie, managing one HR Generalist. Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Support change management processes. Support managers on employee relations issues. Provide guidance on performance management and career development programs. Collaborate internally to deliver HR projects and initiatives. Profile Profile: A strong educational background in Human Resources. Proven experience in an HR BP role, ideally having managed a small team or have the desire to develop a team. Fluency in English and French. Good knowledge of German is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, Swiss employment law.
