In response to growing needs from our institutional, public, and private clients, we are looking for a:Service Desk Technician / IT Support (M/F)As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for:- Providing level 1 and 2 support to users (on-site and/or remotely)- Diagnosing, resolving, or escalating incidents within agreed deadlines (SLA)- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware: PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals- Managing and preparing accounts via Active Directory, MDM tools, SCCM/Intune- Maintaining and documenting tickets in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira, or equivalent)- Preparing workstations for new hires (onboarding)- Managing access rights, accounts, and permissions - Ensuring communication with users in a clear, service-oriented manner- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service (procedures, FAQs, technical documentation)Requirements:- Professional degree (CFC or equivalent or validated experience)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT / service desk- Very good knowledge of Windows, O365, Teams, AD, basic networks- Experience with a ticketing tool (ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira, etc.)- Ability to prioritize, diagnose quickly, and propose solutions- Excellent service orientation and communication skills- Fluent French; reliable English- Autonomous, structured, and client-orientedSend your CV to: [Write an email]Indicate the reference: TECH-SERVICE-DESK-EXPERIS jid6eda95caen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
