Your Responsibilities
* Execute minor repairs and technical interventions (electrical, carpentry, plumbing).
* Perform ongoing maintenance across the buildings, including equipment checks and outdoor areas.
* Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure uninterrupted building operations.
* Carry out regular inspections of building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
* Ensure all technical installations remain in excellent working condition.
* Maintain the buildings to the highest technical standards.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
* Engage professionally with residents and address technical concerns.
* Participate in the 24/7 on‑call rotation (phone availability included).
* Apply emergency procedures and protocols when required.

Your Profile

* Proven experience in technical maintenance and repair work.

* Flexibility and readiness to take over emergency duties.
* High level of orderliness and good stock/parts management.
* Residence in Zürich or surrounding areas.
* Category B driving license.
* Fluency in German and basic English (or the opposite).
