Working across innovation, manufacturing, and commercial functions, you will help connect strategy with execution and influence sourcing decisions that support both our business and the patients we serve globally. /ppYou will join our Global Strategic Sourcing Direct Procurement team, report to the VP Global Strategic Sourcing, and this Hybrid role will be based at our Stockholm HQ or Global Hub in Basel. /ppstrongIn this role, you will: /strong /pulliLead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies that enable a resilient, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply network for Sobi’s clinical and commercial manufacturing. /liliCombine a strategic and commercial mindset to evaluate and optimize sourcing decisions throughout the product lifecycle — from development to commercialization and life-cycle management. /liliDrive cross-functional collaboration across Technical Operations, Legal, Tax, Finance, and other key stakeholders to negotiate and implement complex, high-value global contracts. /liliDesign and maintain a strategic sourcing roadmap, ensuring alignment with Sobi’s business goals and long-term vision. /liliContribute to due diligence efforts in business development projects, providing critical input on manufacturing and sourcing opportunities. /liliAnticipate market trends and assess supplier capabilities to deliver data-driven sourcing recommendations that strengthen Sobi’s competitive edge. /liliLead business cases for Technical Operations projects, from financial approval through to contract execution, and continuously enhance sourcing processes and procurement policies to drive efficiency and innovation. /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/pstrongAbout you /strong /ppYou bring a thoughtful mix of strategic perspective and practical execution.
