Lead Apparel Product Strategist

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and scaling our overall apparel product vision. This involves defining the next generation of our apparel product strategy, inspiring a fast-growing team to create extraordinary products, and enabling us to become an outstanding and innovative leader in the industry.

Your Mission:
1. Structure and organize our apparel product offering across various verticals to enhance consumer perception, performance level, quality, and price point relevance.
2. Identify and develop product opportunities, collaborating with product leadership and key internal teams to bring them to life.
3. Manage key collaborations to establish us as an authentic apparel brand.
4. Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling stories, messaging, campaigns, and drop calendars.
5. Work closely with Design, Development, and Sourcing Operations to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
6. Coordinate with Merchandising, GTM, Key Account Managers, and DTC teams to streamline the GTM process and reach the right consumers at the right time.
7. Set team expectations for key milestone meetings and lead preparations for internal and external presentations.
8. Develop a structured range of collections aligned with company priorities and manage the product strategy from briefing to handover to marketing and sales.

Your Profile:
1. Minimum 9+ years in a fast-paced product company with a strong track record in product management, creation, merchandising, go-to-market, or sales.
2. Experience in apparel product management combining both fashion and performance/sports.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience working with data to provide insights and resolve issues.
4. Exceptional communication skills to lead and influence stakeholders across the company.
5. At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role inspiring and supporting an apparel team.
6. Deep understanding of the competitive sportswear landscape and consumer trends, with the ability to challenge and disrupt it.
