Team Lead - Security Consulting & Auditing (Hybrid)
Location: Switzerland. Salary: 115k CHF.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of consultants within auditing and information security.
* Plan and manage projects.
* Conduct and lead security audits and conceptual work (in French-speaking Switzerland).
* Create and develop internal and external training.
* Proactively look to acquire new clients and projects.
* Work with internal sales teams to improve pre‑ and post‑sales services.
Required Skills
* French and English language skills at C1+ level.
* Several years of consulting experience in auditing and information security.
* Experience leading teams/projects of various sizes.
* Strong GRC knowledge, e.g., ISO 27001 and risk management.
* Relevant degree and certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
Desired Skills
* Previous experience in a similar position.
* German language skills.
* Solid sales experience and familiarity with acquiring new customers.
