Growing company active in the healthcare sector.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.Support change management processes.Support managers on employee relations issues.Provide guidance on performance management and career development programs.Collaborate internally to deliver HR projects and initiatives.The Successful ApplicantQualifications:A strong educational background in Human Resources.Proven experience in an HR BP role, ideally having managed a small team or have the desire to develop a team.Fluency in English and French.
