We are looking for an experienced marketing & communications professional from the crypto industry to strategically position our products and help shape the future of digital assets. You will be part of our dynamic and collaborative Marketing & Communications team, contributing to cross‑functional initiatives and helping to build a strong and cohesive MarCom unit. The role reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Requirements
* Mandatory : Proven professional experience in the crypto or digital asset industry (, FINMA- or BaFin‑regulated institution, crypto broker, custodian, or tokenization provider)
* Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the related regulatory landscape
* Strong track record in product marketing or a comparable marketing function within a financial environment
* Ability to communicate complex financial and technological concepts clearly and effectively
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Hands‑on, proactive, and structured work approach with strong execution skills
* Excellent communication and writing skills in English (German is a plus)
* Reliable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative personality with a passion for innovation
* Solid understanding of financial markets and their impact on digital assets, as well as ability to write appropriate copy that reflects this expertize
* Good team player, hands on, someone who knows how to prioritise and get things done
* Collaborative approach with an attention to detail, paired with the ability to work proactively and well under tight deadlines
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programmes; experience with WordPress, MS‑Dynamics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Key responsibilities
* Product marketing of our regulated crypto and digital asset solutions – from strategic positioning to go‑to‑market execution
* Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Legal & Compliance to differentiate our products and drive market adoption
* Develop and execute product marketing initiatives and campaigns for our regulated crypto and financial solutions
* Translate complex technical, regulatory, and financial topics into clear product messaging and value propositions
* Create compelling product‑related marketing materials such as factsheets, white papers, website content, newsletters, videos, and pitch decks
* Plan and implement go‑to‑market activities for new product launches, updates, and regulatory changes
* Lead performance marketing efforts, including market and competitor analyses, campaign planning, monitoring, and optimisation
* Support broader content initiatives such as webinars, client mailings, awards, and events
* Takes ownership of individual responsibilities within the Marketing & Communications function
* Supports cross‑functional initiatives across the broader MarCom team
