You take responsibility for thefinancial management and controlling of your I / T sub-units andadvise leaders on strategic and operational financialmatters.You ensure a reliable financialplanning and forecasting process and are responsible forcomprehensive accounting.You are incharge of the creation, support and development of reports and datamodels for data-drivendecision-making.You deriverecommendations for action to ensure the attainment of financialtargets, discuss them with your stakeholders and record theirsuccess.You bear primaryresponsibility for your sub-units in relation to the monthly,quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with CO andIFRS, and play an active role in theirpreparation.You actively promotethe further development of financial processes, instruments andprojects and contribute your experience to cross-unitinitiatives.You have theoption of working remotely (e.g. from home), but will be requiredto spend two to three days (depending on levelof employment) at the headquarters in Bern(Wankdorf).You have experience incontrolling, auditing or financial consulting and hold a universitydegree in business administration (UAS / university) with a focus onfinance / controlling.You enjoyanalysing and tackling complex, strategic issues, where youdemonstrate conceptual strengths and a solution-orientedapproach.You feel comfortable inan advisory role and can prepare and present complex finance topicsin a way that is appropriate to the targetaudience.You have a stronginterest in developments in the IT and technology environment andideally have experience in Groupstructures.In-depth knowledge ofMS Office (especially Excel) and experience with SAP (e.g. FI / CO,S4HANA) and Power BI (or SAP Analytics Cloud) arerequired.You also have very goodspoken and written English and German or French skills.6 weeks'holidayMobile and flexibleworkingFair employmentconditionsHalf Fare Travelcard or contributiontowards GASupport with basic and advancedtrainingStaffvouchers
