OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Data & Integration Platforms to lead Triumph Group's data strategy and integration initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering valuable data insights, building a self-service data platform, and enhancing our integration platform to support business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will drive data quality improvements, enable AI capabilities, and ensure seamless data integration across the organization.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver valuable data insights to enable informed, data-backed decision-makingDesign and implement a self-service data platform based on the data mesh paradigm, covering both operational (real-time) and analytical (near-time) plansTake full ownership of the global data platform and integration platformDevelop and implement a global canonical data modelBuild and scale a high-performing global data teamContinuously improve internal and external customer satisfactionEnable AI capabilities to enhance business intelligence and automationDrive data quality improvements by addressing issues at the sourceEnhance our integration platform to ensure seamless data connectivityEstablish data governance and ensure data securityYour ideal profile8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on data and integration4+ years of leadership experience, managing international teamsStrong leadership skillsStrong conviction and experience in data mesh principlesDegree in computer science, information technology or equivalentExperience in consumer goods or retail (>5 years)Exposure to the fashion, retail, FMCG industry would be beneficialProven experience in building data platforms using cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or AzureDeep understanding of event-driven architecture and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Confluent, Solace)Understanding of integration technologies (e.g. Dell Boomi)Expertise in domain-oriented data modellingA role model with a solid set of personal valuesAbility to influence and drive changes across the organizationHighly focused with a results-driven mindsetWe offerYou will never walk alone.
