* Actively optimize risk‑adjusted returns, maximizing return on VaR while strictly adhering to assigned limits (VaR, trailing stop‑loss, credit exposure and liquidity constraints)
* Deliver robust fundamental analysis and market insights to support Repowers trading decisions and positioning
* Serve as a senior point of reference for junior traders, contributing to their development through coaching, review and knowledge sharing
* Work in close coordination with Risk Management and Back Office to ensure efficient credit risk management, cash collateral optimization and foreign exchange control
Profilo richiesto
* 10+ years of proprietary trading experience in Continental European power markets within a reputable trading organization
* Proven track record of generating sustainable profits across multiple market cycles
* Very strong fundamental knowledge of European power markets; Swiss market experience is a strong advantage
* Clearly profit‑oriented and entrepreneurial, with sound judgment and disciplined risk management
