Les Elfes International has been organizing ski trips, field trips, and winter and summer camps for schools and individual students since 1987. Each year, we welcome children from over 75 nationalities, focusing on the development of lifelong skills through leadership, teamwork, and personal growth — all in a truly international environment.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Digital Communication Specialist to join us on-site in Verbier, Switzerland .
You will oversee our communication strategy across multiple channels, support sales through creative content, manage the website, and track the performance of our marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, strategy, and execution.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating newsletters, press releases, and marketing material
* Managing social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Supporting sales with marketing materials and merchandise design
* Conducting market research and monitoring trends
* Managing and reporting on the marketing budget and statistics
* Keeping the WordPress website updated and engaging
* Overseeing ad campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
Qualifications
* Excellent command of written English(French is a plus)
* Proficient with Moosend, Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEObest practices
* Familiarity with social media trends and content creation
* Skilled in WordPresswebsite management
* Strong eye for design, branding, and consistency
* Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple projects
