Support Technician (1st & 2nd Level Support)
Our Computer Science department, supported by experienced specialists, assists candidates in efficient job searches. We serve a network of national and international clients and are looking for motivated individuals with the right expertise.
Responsibilities
* Support of customer infrastructures
* Installation and configuration of hardware and software
* Participation in IT projects, managing sub-projects
* Providing 1st & 2nd level support
Profile
* Completed IT education (EFZ, HF, FH advantageous)
* Proven experience with Windows client and server operating systems
* Knowledge of networks and firewalls
* Customer-oriented, independent, and meticulous
* Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
