THE ROLE
In partnership with an international consulting firm, we are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will specialize in contracts and play an important role in negotiating Healthcare Professional Agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Negotiate, draft, and review Healthcare Professional Agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
2. Provide legal advice on contractual matters and legal risks associated with healthcare agreements
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual terms are understood and implemented effectively
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments affecting the healthcare and life sciences industries
YOUR PROFILE
5. A degree in law, ideally with a specialization in healthcare law, contract law, or related fields
6. At least 1-2 years of experience in legal counsel roles, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors
7. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
8. Negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
10. Interest and capability to work either remotely or on-site in Switzerland
