We focus on digitalization and automation in healthcare, especially in verification and billing processes for statutory health insurance. Our software platform, daewy, enables real-time processing, verification, and billing of electronic prescriptions, optimizing healthcare billing processes.
We are seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for Software Development to establish and lead a new department at our Berlin location or in a hybrid working model. The role involves building and managing a software development team, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage a software development team.
2. Develop structures and processes to promote collaboration and a solution-oriented team culture.
3. Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth.
4. Plan budgets and resources, and oversee project planning and tracking.
5. Coordinate and consolidate software development projects and products.
6. Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting quality standards and agile practices.
7. Set up and monitor technical documentation and knowledge management.
8. Identify process and technology improvements and implement them.
Your Profile:
1. Completed university degree in information technology or comparable training with relevant experience.
2. Experience in team leadership and software development.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, value-driven approach.
4. Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
5. Experience with technology and architecture decisions is a plus.
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
7. Teamwork, empathy, and high interpersonal skills.
