Senior Planning Specialist - Manufacturing
We are looking for a Senior Planning Specialist - Manufacturing for a pharmaceutical laboratory.

Main mission
Ensure detailed planning and monitoring of production operations in coordination with stakeholders, to ensure the availability of resources and compliance with deadlines.
Missions
* Translate the supply plans into detailed daily plans during the frozen period.
* Manage the planning of assigned work centers and monitor the execution of work orders.
* Prepare and lead the weekly planning meeting.
* Track daily operations with QA, QC, Validation, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain.
* Define and ensure the execution of medium‑term plans (availability of materials, master data).
* Coordinate stability, variations and transitions activities.
* Act as a point of contact for reconditioning (MTO) and reprocessing activities.
* Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, timeliness, RFT).
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage change control tasks and associated deadlines.
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain with at least 3 years of experience in planning (Production or procurement).
* Experience in an international industrial environment, ideally pharmaceutical or biotechnological.
* Strong resilience, autonomy, ability to work under pressure, results orientation and quality.
* Proactivity, anticipation and search for continuous improvement.
* Quick understanding of processes, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of LEAN principles (asset).
* Excellent IT skills: MS Office, Excel, ERP (Oracle is a plus).
* Fluent English and French (oral and written).
