What's your role at BuzzBrothers:
You are part of the Creative team (50+ creative people), under the supervision of our Creative Directors.
As a senior art director, you lead your projects from a creative perspective, always striving to push creativity and quality to their highest potential.
As a branding specialist, you approach brands with a holistic vision:
* You imagine and develop visual identities based on solid concepts and strategies.
* You understand brands and help developing their strategies.
* You anticipate how the brand will be represented across various communication channels.
You are an expert in graphic design, using today’s tool in order to craft impactful visual brand elements. Additionally, you are well-versed in brand strategy, ensuring that all your choices are explainable and rationalized—nothing is left to chance.
Your approach to branding is open-minded and innovative. You work differently from traditional brand agencies, adopting a global perspective with a holistic view of branding: bringing it to life through communication, activation and 3D spaces.
You present your visions & art directions to clients, establishing a productive relationship with them.
You are a team player and work very closely with your core project team: Creative Strategists, Strategic Planners, and Client Services, using their skills and knowledge to produce the best results. You also help planning projects and be involved in following up the creative team (Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, etc.) working with you.
On a daily basis you will work with various brands, international or more local.

* You possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire branding process, from strategy and concept development to visual execution.
* You excel in graphic design, creating pixel-perfect layouts and precise grid systems.
* You present your creative concepts to clients in face-to-face meetings.
* You are proactive in your response to briefs, pushing ideas beyond requirements.
* You collaborate on ideas with other creatives, strategy, design, and tech teams.
* You are a team player who loves to work, interact and learn with a full team of professionals.
* You think out of the box and always want to push creative bondaries.
* You are passion-driven : you love branding and want to explore, propose and share fresh ideas.
* You are a professional, who always delivers the best quality on time.
* You mentor and train collegues on creative thinking.
* You display an exemplary behavior with colleagues, clients, and partners.
* You have a high dose of flexibility and energy, to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.
* You speak English (international environment: clients and colleagues)
