Your Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement product strategies to meet market demands and customer needs.

* Lead cross-functional teams, including development, production, logistics, quality, and purchasing, to ensure seamless project execution.

* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to inform product development decisions.

* Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders, such as Medical Affairs, Product Development, Regulatory, and Quality, to drive business growth.

* Manage product development projects, including creating business cases and overseeing product launches.

* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

About You
">
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A degree in business administration or a technical/scientific field, with further training in business administration.
">
* Several years of experience in a comparable function, preferably in the medical device industry.

* Experience with interdisciplinary tasks and generalist functions, with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

* Native speaker proficiency in English, with high-level business fluency in a second language.
