Operational Oversight troubleshooting /h3ulliBuild and maintain strong partnerships with Swiss and international logistics providers (airport handling companies, ground carriers, airlines and shipping lines). /liliIncrease proactiveness in freight executions with the different operations in accordance with the Branch Manager strategy and new business implementation. /liliAct as the go-to escalation contact for the 3 operations managers based in Zurich and suppliers when implementation or operational challenges arise. /li /ulh32. Performance Monitoring Service Quality /h3ulliBuilt monitoring system and KPIs to measure airlines, shipping lines, truckers and customs operations with a focus on timely execution and cost control. /liliSupport analysis and service failures, investigate root causes, and implement preventive process improvements. /liliLead by example, with no direct report, the perfect candidate will need to have strong influential skills. /liliEnsure strong and consistent communication flow between suppliers and operations. /liliSupport internal service reviews and planning meetings with data-driven insights and solution-oriented recommendations. /li /ulh34. Process Optimization Lean Implementation /h3ulliLead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction. /liliCollaborate with internal business development teams for onboarding new clients or implementing strategic changes. /liliDrive cost-optimization initiatives while upholding high service quality standards. /li /ulh35.
