Currently, for our headquarters located in Biel, we are looking for our Mechanics & Tooling department for a:MECHANICAL MANAGERMissions:As a mechanical manager, you lead a versatile team of polymechanics and toolmakers and actively participate in the development of production means as well as prototypes that will shape the products of tomorrow.Responsibilities:- Ensure individual and collective management of the team: active listening, celebration of successes, development of team spirit- Achieve the objectives defined by the manager while ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality requirements- Monitor and produce prototypes, tooling, and means for Bien-Air products, in collaboration with mechanical development engineers, process engineers, and process mechanics.
