Job Summary
B&A is looking for a PeopleSoft Application Development Consultant to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The role involves documenting and analyzing integrations and reporting in USHMM's PeopleSoft 9.2 environment (PeopleTools 8.6, PUM 50). This position focuses on third-party/federal integrations, nVision and Query reports, and bank reconciliation, supporting a federal client's dual FASAB/FASB needs. Collaborates with the team to deliver sprint-based outputs and a future-state roadmap.
Responsibilities
* Document integrations with systems (e.g., CRM, Citibank, Treasury SPS, GTAS).
* Analyze nVision, PeopleSoft Query, and web reports, capturing data sources and logic.
* Assess bank reconciliation automation feasibility.
* Document integration-related batch processes and data flows.
* Identify integration/reporting pain points (e.g., reporting limitations) for root cause analysis.
* Deliver sprint-based documentation in iterative cycles with stakeholder reviews.
* Interview USHMM IT/finance staff to clarify integration and reporting needs.
* Contribute to future-state roadmap, focusing on integration and reporting modernization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with integrations, federal interfaces (e.g., GTAS), and reporting in PeopleSoft 9.2.
* Knowledge of federal reporting standards and dual FASAB/FASB systems.
* Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
