Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Coordinator for technicians to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Process customer enquiries in our ticket system and ensure timely responses.
* Prepare orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Coordinate order processing in SAP and planning of orders in Salesforce.
* Monitor deadlines for assigned regions within Switzerland and implement effective strategies to meet them.
* Provide technical service documents as needed.
* Review reports according to strict quality regulations (GMP) and ensure compliance.
Hardskills
* Hold a technical or commercial basic training qualification.
* Prior experience in coordinating service assignments is advantageous.
* Proficient in SAP and MS Office skills are beneficial.
* Fluent German language skills are mandatory, with good English language skills being advantageous.
