After Sales Engineer / Manager
for components of chemical plants
Main tasks
* Independent support for our long-standing customers in the assigned area
* Technical and commercial clarification of customer enquiries
* Preparation of quotations for complex apparatus, heat exchangers and spare parts for chemical plants
* Processing spare parts orders in the ERP system
* Creating calculations using a market-driven spare parts pricing system
* Independently conducting sales negotiations
* Creating order confirmations and finalising letters of credit
* Complete order processing from ordering to on-time delivery
Your profile
* You have a technical and business education and training appropriate to the position
* Professional experience in a similar role in international sales with a technical focus
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
* You are proficient and skilled in the use of ERP systems and MS Office programmes
* You are a team player, able to work under pressure, committed and pragmatic
* You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy working in a team
* Willingness to relocate to nearby Basel/Muttenz
* Ideally Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen
