A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
Our Marketing and Communications department is looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator who can bring the W brand to life across all facets of the establishment and bring passion to the department.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director in organizing various projects to promote the establishment. In addition, he/she has excellent communication skills and an excellent presentation. Versatile, autonomous and comfortable using a variety of digital platforms, the ideal candidate will have a real understanding of the W culture (values, passion points, personality) and its positioning in the hotel market.
What are you going to do :
- Management of the hotel's digital screens and e-compendium
- Management of the hotel and its venues' websites (maintenance and updates)
- Updating partner websites where the property is featured
- Responding to guest comments on social media platforms
- Monitoring and follow-up of digital marketing initiatives
- Creating email marketing campaigns to promote the hotel
- Producing printed and digital collateral (sales materials, point-of-sale advertising, posters, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Coordinating press trips
- Attending key events to support the hotel's promotion
- Hosting and accompanying media groups during property visits
- Researching and ordering promotional items and guest amenities
- Supporting photo and video shoots
- Organizing Marriott Bonvoy Moments for program members
- Supporting the Sales Department
- Ensuring compliance with W Hotels Brand Standards in all internal and external communications and visuals
PROFILE
Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded and friendly, diplomatic and organised
Excellent presentation skills
Fluency in spoken and written French and English required
Good writing and translation skills
Computer and office software skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CMS, Outlook, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat)
Connected to the local scene or good knowledge of current and local trends
Ability to lead projects and manage several different tasks
Ability to work independently
Perfect knowledge of the product and the various services on offer
At least 1 year's experience in marketing / PR in another hotel business
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Position to be filled in May 2026 for long term contract
