Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
1. Lead the Track Experience and Hospitality Team, overseeing all trackside hospitality and guest experiences for the Audi F1 project.
2. Strategically develop, plan, and execute premium hospitality and memorable guest experiences at all touchpoints—including team hospitality, motorhome, Paddock Club, and garage.
3. Develop and manage the end-to-end guest journey, covering pre-event communication, registration, arrival, on-site experiences, catering, logistics, transport, and post-event coordination.
4. Oversee and optimize guest management processes, accreditation, and event documentation, ensuring smooth on-site guest handling.
5. Set and implement VIP and Paddock Club service standards to ensure exclusive and seamless experiences for high-profile guests.
6. Deliver a highly personalized and tailored service approach to ensure a world-class experience.
7. Ensure flawless execution of partner activations, special events, and hospitality engagements at the track.
8. Manage specialized guest handling agencies to ensure seamless guest management and hospitality services.
9. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high guest satisfaction.
10. Maintain premium catering standards, working closely with catering partners.
11. Develop and implement standard operational processes and procedures.
12. Continuously analyze performance, refine processes, and drive operational improvements.
13. Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest execution standards.
14. Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for hospitality and guest experience operations.
15. Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
16. Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements.
Your profile
1. 8+ years of experience in event management, guest experience, or hospitality management, preferably in motorsports or luxury hospitality.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, agency coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Expertise in guest handling, concierge-level service, and guest journey optimization.
4. Strong event and project management skills.
5. Pro-active problem-solver with the ability to adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
6. Strong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiences.
7. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
8. Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments.
9. Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
12. Proficient in standard office software.
