As a communicator at heart, you represent the Group to partner doctors, insurers, health authorities, and actors in the French-speaking Swiss health network, actively contributing to the development and influence of the ecosystem. You take charge of high-stakes institutional files: agreements with health insurance companies, doctor fees (TARDOC), contribution to the file on the numerus clausus of doctors in Geneva, and suppliers serving the group. You adopt a servant leader posture with the teams you support.
