Chief Officer | Business & Commercial DevelopmentThe Salu Group is an ecosystem of companies dedicated to sustainable health. Its mission: to co-initiate the change towards a healthier world, by taking care of people, living beings, and the planet. The COO role operates primarily for CENAS (network of sleep medicine centers, 2 clinics in Geneva/Bulle: polysomnography, CPAP, CBT-I), as well as for Algorigin (algae-based food supplements, Ecocert organic certified, pharmacy & medical B2B distribution) and new entities in development. This position is at the level of Director of Business & Commercial Development within Cenas Group, with relays to the Management under transversal supervision.Chief Officer | Business & Commercial DevelopmentYour fundamental mission is to transform every opportunity initiated by the group into concrete results. As a doer and process architect, you drive the rigorous monitoring of all projects, structure the Group's operating modes, and prepare for the scalability of the group. What works on two sites must be able to work on ten. As a communicator at heart, you represent the Group to partner doctors, insurers, health authorities, and actors in the French-speaking Swiss health network, actively contributing to the development and influence of the ecosystem. You take charge of high-stakes institutional files: agreements with health insurance companies, doctor fees (TARDOC), contribution to the file on the numerus clausus of doctors in Geneva, and suppliers serving the group. You adopt a servant leader posture with the teams you support. You manage sensitive situations with discernment and create the conditions for each project to be realized.We are looking for a personality meeting the following profile:- Proven experience in a leadership role within a health organization, network of clinics, pharmaceutical group, medical franchise, or institutional entity.- Exposure to the medical, pharmaceutical, or para-pharmaceutical sector to understand the challenges and issues.- Experience in a multi-entity environment.- Confirmed experience (10 years) in B2B commercial development with health professionals — doctors, pharmacists, insurers, etc.- Analytical and structured profile: mastery of tracking tools (CRM, dashboards), ability to manage several complex files in parallel, rigor without compromise.- Fine intelligence: active listening, understanding of implicit needs, ability to maintain long-term relationships of trust.- Mastery of negotiation techniques.- Authentic servant leader posture: humility, ability to coach and help teams grow.- Sense of responsibility.Recruitment process:- Analysis of your Intelli7 Assessment by an external firm that sends us candidates who have a 90% job fit.- 2 interviews: management and team.- Case study. jid85d0c9caen jit0520aen jpiy26aen
