Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage internal and external communications, including telephone calls and emails.
Ensure the management and updating of administrative documents.
Organise and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of minutes.
Support the team in managing files and archives.
Perform data entry tasks and ensure their accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Provide general administrative support for the secretarial department.
Candidate Profile
As an Administrative Assistant, you have the following profile:
Diploma in an administrative field or equivalent.
Experience in the construction, engineering, or similar technical environments.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; English is an asset.
Proficiency in IT tools and common office software.
