This position offers the opportunity to work within a diverse team, contribute to a global brand, and be part of a transformation journey where CRM is a key pillar of the company’s strategy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development of CRM strategies by providing data‑driven insights that align with business objectives. /li liPrepare analytical findings and recommendations that help inform senior stakeholders on ways to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. /li liAnalyze large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques and tools to support decision‑making and campaign optimization. /li liIdentify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business growth. /li liContribute to predictive scoring and data modeling to enhance the performance and targeting of marketing campaigns. /li liAssist in developing and maintaining data management processes that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data. /li liSupport data collection, cleansing, integration, and quality checks across various sources (CRM systems, transactional data, surveys, third‑party data, etc.). /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, e‑commerce, product development, IT) to translate insights into operational actions. /li liCreate clear and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to communicate insights effectively. /li liPrepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics for management review. /li liWork closely with commercial and IT teams to ensure insights are incorporated into marketing, sales, and product initiatives. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. /li li1‑3 years of professional experience in data analytics roles, in Retail, eCommerce or Consultancy Companies.
