1. Managing the assortment from listing up a product on lg.com, ensuring stock availability & managing the forecast
2. Managing the daily business: Order Management, price registration, customer inquiries, reporting bugs
3. Analyzing processes, sales figures & customer behavior and define countermeasures to improve KPIs
4. Creating dashboards and reports for efficient KPI tracking
5. Project lead on implementing new features & functions to improve customer journey and sales
6. Seeking new business opportunities with business leader (e.g. affiliate marketing, marketplace etc.)
Your qualifications
7. Ongoing studies at a Swiss University, ideally with a focus on IT or business administration
8. Organizational skills and hands-on mentality
9. Creative, willingness to learn and interest in gaining practical experience in a real working environment as a team player and independently
10. Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, Power Point
11. Fluent knowledge of German and English are mandatory, solid French is a great plus
12. Passionate and motivated to work in e-commerce
