Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in desktop or end-user support roles.
* Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and authorized desktop software and hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing tools).
* Perform preventive maintenance and device configuration.
* Provide onsite support for network and compute devices as guided by SMEs (TCS/Customer/OEM).
* Assist with IT incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues as needed.
* Maintain accurate service records using ITSM tools and contribute to reporting.
* Deliver first-class customer service and communication with users and teams at all levels.
* Develop and maintain support documentation to assist end users.
* Attend training as required to stay up to date with evolving technologies and processes.
* Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (networks, hardware, domains).
* Proficient with Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook.
* Experience troubleshooting end-user devices and peripherals (e.g., printers, video conferencing tools).
* Familiarity with mobile devices (iPhone, Blackberry), VPN, MDM, and virtual environments.
* Basic knowledge of network and compute environments.
* Awareness of data backup and ITIL principles.
* Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
* Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
* Adaptable and composed under pressure.
* Well-groomed and presentable in customer-facing environments.
* Education level as required in the respective country.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE, and OEM certifications are desirable.
