HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the Hospitality Manager, reporting to the Site Management Director, you will be a key player in fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our employees and guests. You will proactively lead all hospitality services and support key General Services projects.
In This Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
Operational Excellence
Provide oversight and hands‑on management for all hospitality services, including Business Centre, events, Reception, Catering, etc.
Drive cross‑departmental collaboration and support key General Services projects, contributing to the site masterplan.
Implement data collection and KPIs for continuous optimization of site activities and budget.
Proactively address operational challenges and adapt services to evolving needs.
Guests & Employee Experience
Cultivate a resident‑first culture, ensuring an outstanding working environment for staff and VIPs, and driving continuous service improvement.
Oversee the design and delivery of resident activities and concierge services and major corporate events.
Ensure a welcoming first impression for all guests, and maintain comfortable, pleasing and highly functional environments (common areas, meeting rooms, offices, etc.).
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing hospitality team, fostering engagement, motivation, and service excellence.
Provide strong leadership, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure team members’ knowledge of services and best practices.
Facilities & Service Delivery Management
Manage daily activities, cleanliness, and functionality of meeting rooms, visitor centres, and co‑working areas, coordinating with cross‑functional teams (IT, security).
Manage comprehensive catering service contracts, rigorously monitoring quality across all offerings, including specialised VIP catering for meetings and major events.
Ensure proper workstation organisation in collaboration with relevant departments (IT, maintenance, security).
Manage external vendors for various services (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance), ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
Financial Stewardship
Develop and manage departmental budgets, rigorously control operational costs, and optimise resource allocation.
Analyse financial performance, prepare reports, and implement initiatives to achieve efficiency targets.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Graduate of a Hotel Management or Business School, with at least 5 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Project Management, or the Luxury Industry.
Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively, fostering a positive, productive, and high‑performance work environment.
Deep understanding of service excellence, guest relations, and the ability to consistently create unparalleled positive experiences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, methodical, and capable of managing multiple tasks and complex projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Resourceful, proactive, and agile in identifying and addressing challenges, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to dynamic, confidential environments and evolving needs.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
A genuine desire to create a positive and supportive environment for others, demonstrating empathy and a strong service‑oriented mindset.
Flexible, dynamic with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages: Fluent in both French and English.
