Your mission:
* Act as the direct point of contact for our clients and play a key role in the continuity and quality of our software solutions
* Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with our teams and clients
* Monitor the proper functioning of applications, fix anomalies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions
* Prepare and provide clients with regular reports (errors, incidents, usage, security)
* Document and maintain the technical knowledge base
* Develop and maintain solutions with our project teams, applying development best practices and participating in code reviews
Your qualifications:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and application support
* Solid experience with IT support management processes and tools (ITSM)
* Proven experience in Java and the Spring framework
* Good knowledge of databases and SQL
* Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps culture
* Proficiency working under Linux via command line, including log extraction, service administration, and application configuration
* Experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, or React is a plus
* Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus
