In line with business needs and HR strategy, you will design and continuously develop the Forbo Group learning landscape in close cooperation and coordination with both divisions to transform it into a Group-wide training academy.
An integral concept for training and people development will be established, leaving room for innovative ideas promoting new formats, methods, and approaches as well as digital learning.
The right balance between digital learning and face-to-face trainings (blended learning) will be defined and implemented.
Skills, competences, and career paths design will be further developed, closely aligned with talent management and succession planning processes.
The company culture and leadership framework will be reflected in all development activities.
Trends and innovation in the field of learning and development will be driven.
A system-based administration will be built up, ensuring the effectiveness of processes used for all activities in this field.
Leadership trainings will be organized and contributed to.
Training results/achievements will be tracked, and feedback will be provided to key internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A higher degree in business administration and/or a relevant higher degree from a specialized technical college (HR).
* At least 5 years of comparable professional experience in a national and international business environment with a proven track record in building a learning organization of this nature.
* Proficiency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing), knowledge of German and other languages is a valuable asset.
* Highly experienced with digital tools (e-learning and HRIS systems as well as Microsoft MS365 applications).
* Knowledge of methodological and didactical learning transfer as well as blended learning concepts.
