Tasks / Responsibilities
As part of our local IT team, you will support daily operations in our Lausanne office:
* Install new PCs and reinstall existing ones
* Perform secure destruction of old equipment (low-level format)
* Provide first-line support to Lausanne employees
* Assist with server and printer maintenance
* Manage IT inventory (update records, ensure stock of standard equipment, etc.)
Profile
* EPFL student with interest in IT support / systems administration
* Autonomous, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable with Windows environment and basic troubleshooting
Workload
* Minimum 4 hours per week guaranteed
* Possibility to extend depending on company needs
Location
* Lausanne (on-site)
