Cybersecurity Project Manager – CRA Compliance
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager - CRA Compliance to support a global industrial technology leader on a 12-month contract assignment. In this role, you will drive and coordinate all activities related to Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance within the MV Drives business area, working closely with cross‑functional teams across engineering, R&D, product management, service, and customer support to ensure that products, processes, and documentation meet the highest cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all organization‑wide activities related to Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance for MV Drives.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, engineering, customer support, service, and product management.
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and financial aspects of CRA initiatives.
Implement and continuously refine processes required to meet CRA standards.
Establish and maintain a vulnerability management and reporting process.
Ensure complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date documentation for compliance.
Align all activities with global cybersecurity programs within the Motion High Power Division.
Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
Several years of experience in project management or leading technical teams.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
University degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects with many stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Experience working in multi‑site and multi‑functional environments.
Familiarity with industrial drive systems is a plus.
Ability to work on‑site at least 3 days/week.
