Responsibilities
Plan and implement complex IT‑OT projects in industrial settings.
Take on leadership and responsibility for exciting sub‑projects to elevate and maintain SKAN’s IT‑OT network and security infrastructure at a highly professional level.
Handle error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support) in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
Manage the environment under change management and be responsible for operating manuals and documentation.
Ensure compliance with strict qualification/validation requirements for the base infrastructure, conduct system tests, and document them.
Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
Excellent knowledge of designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting company‑wide IT‑OT network and security infrastructures (with a focus on current Cisco and Palo Alto technologies).
Practical experience in implementing business requirements for IT‑OT infrastructures, as well as project experience in SMEs and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
Several years of professional experience in IT‑OT network and security; additional qualifications/certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Palo PCNSE.
Practical knowledge of business analysis, requirements engineering, and computer system validation.
ITIL certification and demonstrable knowledge of CSV are mandatory.
Additional training in project management is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of German and English is a must.
