Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing store-specific strategies aligned with overarching vision and business objectives.
Contribute to the analysis and the elaboration of sales figures, KPIs and objectives.
Support the execution of action plans based on market calendar.
Support the execution of Store’ merchandising guidelines.
Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Develop relationships with other Store Managers to optimize business opportunities and Client experience
Help implement clienteling strategies to gather and utilize client feedback effectively, driving continuous improvement and enhancing client satisfaction, as well as establishing long term relationships to build clients loyalty.
Ensure the highest level of client experience is consistently provided, creating a memorable and personalized experience for every client.
Store Operations and Management Support:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth Floor Management and efficient functioning of the store.
Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent brand experience across all locations.
Help maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment to attract and retain clients.
