Job Description
* Act as the HR expert on medical leave policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with external vendors to monitor and manage medical leave cases.
* Maintain accurate records of leave balances and their impact on other entitlements.
* Work closely with medical professionals to assess complex cases.
* Analyze and manage cost implications of long-term absences.
* Support financial planning through cost modeling and compensation analysis.
* Prepare reports and insights on absenteeism trends and workforce planning.
* Reconcile insurance reimbursements with internal payment records.
* Identify risks and propose improvements to benefit administration processes.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
* Document procedures and support knowledge sharing across the team.
* Contribute to contract negotiations, policy updates, and staff communications.
* Assist in audits of various employee benefits such as education grants and insurance.
The Successful Applicant
* University degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
What's on Offer
