YOUR FUTURE TASKS
* You are responsible for looking after a defined group of customers, true to our motto "one face to the customer".
* You manage the forwarding of worldwide transport orders from A to Z.
* You are responsible for calculating prices and quotations.
* You are the first contact person for our international customers and partners.
* The preparation of the P&L as well as the execution of the monthly financial statements for your area of responsibility rounds off your diverse range of tasks.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* You have a vocational training in the field of forwarding/shipping or a comparable qualification.
* Experienced in the operational handling of sea freight orders? Check!
* You convince with strong communication skills, both written and spoken, also in English.
* A proactive and customer-oriented way of working is one of your strengths.
