On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide trusted, high-level, and confidential support at the very top of the organization. This role goes far beyond classic administrative assistance. It is a strategic position at the heart of the executive office, acting as a true partner to the CEO and a key interface with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will ensure the CEO operates at maximum effectiveness by anticipating needs, managing complexity, and handling sensitive information with absolute discretion. This role requires exceptional judgment, organizational excellence, and the confidence to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
Your Tasks
Act as the primary support and trusted sparring partner to the CEO in daily operations.
Proactively manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization of time and focus.
Prepare daily and weekly briefings to ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared for all meetings and engagements.
Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with precision and confidentiality.
Ensure smooth information flow across the executive leadership team.
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and ad-hoc discussions.
Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations; capture minutes and follow up on action items.
Support preparation for board and senior leadership meetings where required.
Lead or support strategic projects and special initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
Arrange complex international travel, accommodations, and itineraries with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Ensure seamless logistics for business trips, events, and offsites.
Support the smooth running of the executive office, including budget tracking, procurement, and coordination with internal functions.
Maintain structured, secure, and confidential records and documentation at all times.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a multinational, fast-paced environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
Confident, composed, and resilient, with the ability to manage pressure and shifting priorities.
