Your Tasks
* Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
* Participate actively in menu planning and food preparation
* Maintain smooth coordination with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction
* Report to the F&B Manager in daily kitchen operations
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards
* A hands‑on attitude and a passion for culinary excellence
* Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
* German communication skills – English is a strong asset
