Key Responsibilities
* Architect, develop, and improve the automated functional testing platform using STEP by Exense, building test orchestration, enterprise plugins, and CI/CD integration.
* Manage and evolve load and performance testing platforms to ensure scalable, repeatable, and accurate performance validation.
* Implement continuous testing practices by integrating test results and synthetic monitoring tools into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
* Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and site reliability teams to embed proactive testing and monitoring across the full SDLC.
* Analyze performance metrics and translate technical findings into meaningful insights for both engineering and business stakeholders.
