Reporting to Europe General Manager, the Piaget Training Manager is responsible:
* To organize and implement Brand, product and sales training experiences to Retail & Wholesale networks to develop and support the business strategy across Europe.
* Scope : 13 Boutiques / 80 POS / 5 major countries (France, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Italy)
You will make an impact by:
Developing Service Excellence
* Promote client centric mindset to improve client's satisfaction and sales performance.
* Work closely with the Retail teams on the follow up of the mystery shopping results and support Business to focus on the priorities and the right selling skills.
* Create innovative training programs to communicate the Maison's culture of excellence.
* Enhance & cultivate a positive organizational learning culture.
Training and coaching our teams
* Animate and create a learning dynamic in all European Boutiques and Key Retail partners focusing on Piaget storytelling, selling ceremony and products.
* To follow-up and optimize performance, train and develop local relays in each country headquarters (France, UK, Germany, Italy) to align messages and methodologies and ensure 100% coverage and follow-up of our sales ambassadors in both networks.
* Implement training/coaching rituals in our Retail network to develop sales and client excellence.
* Train and stimulate Partners' sales teams on Piaget brand and product to make Piaget their preferred Brand to show to clients
* Leverage digital tools (e-learning on LMS and WatchLive app) to animate your networks.
* Establish individual training path for specific profiles: High jewellery community, watch expert, newcomers.
Being a Piaget expert
* Learn and know Piaget DNA, creations and on-going Brand activity to share with the local sales team.
* Constant check of the competition environment: know the key players in the markets in terms of product offer and Piaget competitive advantage.
* Translation, edition and constitution of informative documents to support commercial animation: product booklets, newsletter, incentive programs.
Being a Piaget training manager
* Based on the business objectives and local activations, build your training strategy with the support of local marketing and commercial teams, and international Piaget HQ training teams.
* Share and exchange with Piaget HQ and WW training community on local actions and expectations (trainers sharing calls, 1.1 with HQ)
* Plan, organize and coordinate all retail and key wholesaler trainings, with a strong focus on the retail population.
* Build your annual budget, control, and follow it.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
* A minimum of five years in training or sales in luxury activities (retail or service) is required.
* Watch and/or jewelry background
* Work autonomously with good organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in French and English, German is a plus
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
