Objective: ~15 units sold per missionYou are our first person in French-speaking Switzerland. You work with great autonomy, with direct support from Sufers, notably from our sales manager, who has driven commercial growth in recent years. In the medium term, you will set up your own regional service branch.- Identify and approach municipalities, water services, and engineering firms in French-speaking Switzerland- Evaluate potential and profitability directly at the client's site- Prepare SFO subsidy applications (up to 50% investment aid)- Accompany clients from the offer to commissioning, in connection with the Sufers team- Build a regional network: municipalities, water services, engineering firms, cantonal energy service parks- Medium term: open a service branch in French-speaking SwitzerlandYour skills- French native speaker. Good command of German or English for communication with Sufers- Experience in B2B technical sales or with local authorities, ideally in energy, water, or municipal infrastructure. Career change possible from an engineering office, energy consulting, or public service- Interest in technology and desire to deepen product knowledge. No need to be an engineer- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with a highly autonomous role. Patience for sales cycles of several months- Residence in French-speaking Switzerland.
