Position summary
The main responsibility of the Visual assets database Intern is to assist the Visual asset coordinator in different tasks.
Ensure that the Image library of the Foundation respects the guidelines in terms of naming, image quality, IP rights and caption.
Responsibilities
Maintaining the Visual assets database:
Ensure that the collected content (photos and videos) is cleared in terms of IP rights.
Register all the photo and video assets on the image library with the appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
Priority assets are related to Homo Faber Event, however in support for overall visuals of the Michelangelo Foundation.
Supporting the maintenance of the Visual assets database platform:
Assist the Visual coordinator and ensure the quality of the database including technical improvements.
Content collection for Homo Faber Event:
Assist the Visual coordinator in the collection of photos and videos needed for communication purposes prior to the event.
Provide the visual assets to relevant stakeholders:
Prepare and share visual assets with the relevant stakeholders in the Foundation and with external parties.
Onsite Homo Faber event:
Assist on assets collection from onsite Photo and Video Shootings
Daily Upload of all assets according to priorities
Assist on prompt distribution to external parties.
Our ideal candidate skills and approach
1 year minimum of experience in digital visual asset classification
Knowledge in visual communication and interest in the métiers d’art
Familiar with Digital asset management systems
Notions of IP rights
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
Fluent in English and in French, Italian is an asset
Rigorous, detail oriented and proactive
Team Player
You are available for a 6-month internship, starting 01.05.2024
