Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Strategy Development: Define or revise the supply chain strategy according to the context and operational needs of the project.
* Supply Chain Stability: Ensure the stability of supply activities within regular and emergency interventions.
* Order Management: Manage supply orders, procurement, transportation, and delivery.
* Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to the supply teams as well as other departments.
* Administration: Ensure efficient supply administration and provide adapted tools to support the various supply activities.
* Third-Party Management: Approve the use of supply-related third parties (suppliers, transport companies, freight forwarders).
* Team Management: Manage, train, and supervise the supply team.
Depending on our activities and needs, your responsibilities may be adapted according to the specific projects. You will not be facing these challenges alone; other MSF team members (both international and locally hired staff) will provide technical support, including extensive guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
* Professional Experience: Versatile professional experience (e.g., procurement, import/export, transport/freight, stock management)
* IT Skills: IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Language: Fluency in English and/or French
* Availability: Available for a minimum of six months
* Commitment: Commitment to MSF's work and values

* Languages: Fluency in Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, or Russian
