The role of the Service Advisor is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our service reception, catering to customer needs and expectations. This includes handling customer inquiries from start to finish, preparing offers, scheduling appointments, and planning workshops and maintenance.
This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of DMS and MS Office, as well as experience working with customers in the heavy vehicle field.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Prepare and present offers to clients
* Schedule appointments and plan workshops and maintenance
* Advise clients on service offerings and maintenance solutions
* Develop solution proposals based on client requests

Requirements
* Federal diploma in Customer Service or equivalent qualification
* Professional experience as a mechanic/customer advisor in the heavy vehicle field (advantageous)
* Good knowledge of DMS and MS Office
* Fluent in the local language, both spoken and written
