The role initially focuses on Distributor Markets and Showroom roll-out, with a broader expansion view on commercial expansion readiness.Your MissionDevelop and execute comprehensive commercial operational readiness plans for new market launches and expansion missions, defining ownership and timelines across key milestones and relevant workstreamsIdentify and mitigate potential commercial operational risks and challenges specific to channel and regional expansions, ensuring proactive problem-solvingLead the establishment of standard operating procedures, guidelines, and templates for commercial agreements and subsequent contract management in collaboration with regional stakeholdersCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on commercial operational requirements and seamless GTM execution in line with regional expansion plansServe as the central point of contact for all commercial operational readiness inquiries, facilitating effective communication and coordination across diverse teamsSupport regional Commercial teams in distribution partner onboarding and offboarding processes, adapting global tools and processes to local market realitiesIdentify and map resource requirements (personnel, technology, budget) for commercial capability build-up in partnership with regional and global stakeholders to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilitiesEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial market expansion activities, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement through regular reporting to stakeholdersYour StoryYou have 8+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the Sports industry or global retailYou are experienced in market-focused roles - experience outside Europe is a strong plusYou have an ability to translate strategic goals into actionable commercial plansYou have an understanding of global market dynamics and regional nuancesYou have a strong understanding of commercial operations processes and systems (GTM, CRM, ERP, etc.)You have an exceptional ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationshipsYou have excellent communication and influencing skillsYou have experience working in global matrix organisationsMeet The TeamYou'll be joining the Commercial Operations team: We're the pit crew fine-tuning our people, processes, and data across five core functions to achieve peak Commercial Excellence and deliver a premium Customer Experience.Within this team, you'll find the Commercial PMO - the command centre for our most critical strategic initiatives and where your exciting role will sit.
