Project Leader, NPI (CDD, 6-month contract) – Merz Aesthetics
Location: Lonay (Vaud, Switzerland)

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD)
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and executing projects related to new product introductions and product lifecycle management in a GMP-regulated environment.
* Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
* Ensuring compliance with applicable standards (ISO 13485, MDR, etc.).
* Managing risk, change, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing departments for product launches, market expansions, and strategic operations initiatives.
What Will Make You Successful
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and scale‑up of manufacturing processes.
* Industrial experience working in a GMP compliant setting.
* Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements.
* Background in biochemicals is an asset.
* Experience in writing protocols / reports.
* Experience in project management.
* Fluent in French and competent in technical English.
* Capacity for teamwork.
* Open minded, curious, autonomous, results oriented.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and independently.
Education & Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 4–5 years of confirmed experience in product, process development activities, and project management in a regulated field.
Professional Experience
* At least 5 years in Engineering or Production ideally gained in the field of medical devices.
